As the claim assignments come in from carriers or homeowners, our team dispatches them to our contracting partners. We connect contractors to policyholders for the inspection and documentation of the property and facilitate start-to-finish restoration services.
We supply resources, data, estimates, software, CAD costs, and more. We clarify carrier guidelines and expectations, then take care of the paperwork, including reconciliations with the insurance company to support payment.
We handle the administrative tasks from scheduling the inspection to writing estimates in compliance with insurance carrier specifications.
Top-performing contractors receive more opportunities to grow their businesses. We provide a step-by-step introduction to our process, inspection methods, and protocol for repairs, as well as advanced training to support your success.
AccuserveSM is a true partner to our contractors, we’re by your side through the complexities of insurance claims and helping to grow your business. We’re here to answer whatever questions you have about the process.
