As the claim assignments come in from carriers or homeowners, our team dispatches them to our contracting partners. We connect contractors to policyholders for the inspection and documentation of the property and facilitate start-to-finish restoration services.
We supply resources, data, estimates, software, CAD costs, and more. We clarify carrier guidelines and expectations, then take care of the paperwork, including reconciliations with the insurance company to support payment.
We handle the administrative tasks from scheduling the inspection to writing estimates in compliance with insurance carrier specifications.

For water mitigation, Accuserve requires an IICRC certified WRT technician to be on-site for every visit. An ASD certification is preferred and should be held by someone in your company. For mold remediation, an IICRC AMRT certification is required as well as any state or local required certifications. For services outside of water, the appropriate state or local mandated license or certifications are required.
