What is it like to be part of our network? Learn more below.

Claim Receipt

As the claim assignments come in from carriers or homeowners, our team dispatches them to our contracting partners. We connect contractors to policyholders for the inspection and documentation of the property and facilitate start-to-finish restoration services.

On-the-job Facilitation

We supply resources, data, estimates, software, CAD costs, and more. We clarify carrier guidelines and expectations, then take care of the paperwork, including reconciliations with the insurance company to support payment.

Administrative Management

We handle the administrative tasks from scheduling the inspection to writing estimates in compliance with insurance carrier specifications.

Ongoing Business Support

Top-performing contractors receive more opportunities to grow their businesses. We provide a step-by-step introduction to our process, inspection methods, and protocol for repairs, as well as advanced training to support your success.

AccuserveSM is a true partner to our contractors, we’re by your side through the complexities of insurance claims and helping to grow your business. We’re here to answer whatever questions you have about the process.

What kind of certifications do I need to join your network?

For water mitigation, Accuserve<service-mark>SM<service-mark> requires an IICRC certified WRT technician to be on-site for every visit. An ASD certification is preferred and should be held by someone in your company. For mold remediation, an IICRC AMRT certification is required as well as any state or local required certifications. For services outside of water, the appropriate state or local mandated license or certifications are required.

Will I be working with Accuserve<service-mark>SM<service-mark> or the adjuster on a claim?

In most cases, communication will be with an Accuserve<service-mark>SM<service-mark> specialist. In certain instances, you may be instructed by Accuserve<service-mark>SM<service-mark> to contact the appropriate carrier representative. Our carrier partners depend on Accuserve<service-mark>SM<service-mark> to manage the claim process, so all communication — even if received from an adjuster — should immediately be shared with the Accuserve<service-mark>SM<service-mark> claims team so that we can appropriately support your efforts in completing timely and high-quality work.

Are assignments exclusive?

Yes, we assign one contractor per service per claim. Your capabilities will also determine whether you’ll work with other partners. For instance, if mold remediation is required, but you don’t provide that service, we’ll bring in another expert to handle that.

How soon and how many assignments will I receive once I sign up?

The timing and volume of assignments will depend on the weather, your location, capabilities, season, and other factors.

“When a program like this has good contractors like us, it means less hassle for homeowners. Their daily lives don’t have to get too affected by them having to spend extra time researching for a reputable company, making sure their warranty is going to get covered, that the work is going to get done properly, that they have contractors who are licensed, insured and bonded. They don’t have to search for all that. The biggest value in working with managed repair companies is the quality that we can provide for the customers.”

AccuServe has been a great partner. Particularly moving into new areas and new markets is where I think we’re going to continue to work more and more with AccuServe, because it gives a contractor so much credibility with a homeowner from the first meeting.
