Most recently, Pete served as Senior Vice President at TurnPoint Services, where he oversaw multiple business units and played a key role in integrating new acquisitions and improving operational performance. Before joining TurnPoint, Pete led strategic initiatives at Ruppert Landscape, focusing on business assessments to drive scalability and growth through process improvements and technology upgrades. His earlier experience includes seven years at Brightview Landscapes, where he led a division through significant growth, modernizing its operations with a data-driven IT infrastructure. Pete also spent over a decade at ISS, where he led global operations, implementing technology solutions and restructuring the organization for greater efficiency.
