Craig will be reporting directly to Dan Srbinovski, Chief Operating Officer.

In his new role, Perez will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and enhancing claims operations for Interiors Water Mitigation and Managed Repair. He will work closely with team leaders to develop and implement strategic scale-up plans focused on process improvement, standardization, organizational structure and staffing.

Perez brings a wealth of experience and expertise to Accuserve, having previously served as AVP of Property and Casualty Claims. His notable career includes significant roles at USAA, Markel Insurance, and Chubb Insurance, where he demonstrated exceptional leadership and a strategic vision for driving transformative change. Perez’s extensive background in managing property and casualty claims, coupled with his success in turnaround scenarios, positions him as a valuable addition to our team.
