Accuserve Solutions ("Accuserve"), a leading provider of managed repair and restoration services, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jennifer Barker as Chief Client Officer. Jennifer will be reporting directly to Hunter Powell, Chief Executive Officer.

     

Jennifer joined Accuserve in 2022 as the SVP, Exterior Operations, and most recently served as the SVP of Strategic Partnerships. In her new role, she will lead and manage the sales, marketing, and account management teams. Her responsibilities include owning the go-to-market strategy, which involves developing, communicating, and tracking both micro and macro activities that drive company success. Jennifer will deepen her understanding of core markets and stakeholders, leading market research and positioning efforts to establish Accuserve Solutions as a thought leader.

     

She will spearhead marketing initiatives by creating targeted themes and messages for different market segments and stakeholder categories. Jennifer will also lead efforts to gather customer feedback, strengthen in-house expertise, and build a data-driven sales process. Her role extends to managing media strategies, negotiating customer contracts, and developing comprehensive account management strategies. Additionally, she will oversee the sales and customer success reporting processes and continue the launch and execution of HVAC and specialty market products.

        

Jennifer brings a wealth of experience to her new role, having served as Chief Operating Officer at Choice TPA, where she honed her skills in strategic partnerships, communication, people management, and partner relationship management. Prior to this, Jennifer held various leadership roles at Cunningham Lindsey, including Vice President of TPA & Program Operations and Chief of Staff. In these positions, she was instrumental in managing large teams and driving business growth. Jennifer's extensive background in leadership, strategy, and operations positions her as a key asset in her current role, where she will continue to apply her expertise to drive success.
